The development is just a 12-minute walk from St Mary’s Primary School. This schools caters for children up to Key Stage 2 and prepares them for further studies at secondary school. Further schooling is available in the local area, with provision from pre-school to further education.

St Mary’s View sits close to the A354, a road which leads to key locations, including Salisbury to the north east, Southampton to the south east via the A36, and Dorchester to the south west via the A35. The closest mainline train stations to the development are Hamworthy, around 9 miles away, and Poole, just over 11 miles away. Regular trains to Dorchester and other locations run from these stations, with daytime services running hourly.
