The Royal Commonwealth Pool and Bannatyne Health Club are also within easy reach.

The Willows is particularly well-located for motorway connections to the west and central Scotland, Fife, Gogarburn, the Airport and the City Bypass. Local bus routes serve The Willows and the nearest train station can be found at Newcraighall.
