Living at Coton Park means you can enjoy Rugby's fantastic shopping facilities. In the heart of the town you'll find the Clock Towers shopping centre, which offers a range of well-known high street names and independent stores. The pedestrianised High Street and Sheep Street offer a relaxed shopping environment, and to find delicious local produce head to Rugby Market which takes place every Monday, Friday and Saturday. For more retail opportunities close to home, Elliott's Field Retail Park and Junction 1 Retail Park are both less than 10 minutes from Coton Park.
Caldecott Park is a much-loved and attractive park in the town centre, brimming with floral displays in spring and summer. It also offers a wide range of recreational facilities including play areas and a multi-use sports area, plus a café. A little further afield, the 630-acre reservoir of Draycote Water is a fantastic place to enjoy a walk or bike ride, or even a spot of sailing. There are several small play areas within close proximity of the development, too.
Rugby may not be the most obvious commuter town for the capital, however the station offers a direct train to London Euston with a journey time of just 50 minutes. Meanwhile, Birmingham New Street can be reached in as little as 32 minutes. The town is well-positioned for several main road routes, and Birmingham airport is half an hour away.
